Sound affects us both mentally (psycho-acoustics) and physically (vibro-acoustics). In psycho-acoustics, soundwaves travel through the ears to brain and affects our nervous system, heart rate, respiration and brain waves. With vibro-acoustics, sound affects us on a cellular and molecular level, shifting and changing our entire DNA structure. The benefits of sound healing therapy are multiple and numerous and include: deep relaxation; clearing of energetic blockages; support for mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing; improving sleep; lowering blood pressure; and relieving muscle tension.
