This treatment combines the healing power of touch with the individual properties of oils to ease tension and soothe nerves. It uses acupressure techniques (regular, balanced pressure) in combination with elements of Ayurvedic massage (longer, stroking movements). A wide range of oils has a beneficial nourishing and regenerating effect on the skin, making it velvety and silky smooth. Performed with calm and rhythmic movements, it eliminates stress and wonderfully relaxes mind, body and soul. In addition, it helps to remove excess water from the body, restore proper blood pressure and normal heart rhythm. Due to its relaxing properties, it is an ideal treatment for insomnia and stress.
